Jason loves learning about unique client problems as much as how to solve them with seemingly familiar but cutting-edge tech processes. His specialties include data visualization, heavy front ends, scalable backend notification systems. and iterative efforts to modernize aging web applications in-place.
Experience has tuned his ability to understand the strengths and weaknesses of many frameworks and languages. Fresh out of Bowdoin College in the great(est) state of Maine, he used programming tools to solve Physics problems, but his interest in black holes gave way to a passion for solving down-to-earth tech problems. From there, he spent time in financial services management and managed several web development teams, QA, CICD, and Agile practice for Zipcar.
When not in front of screens or talking about them, Jason tends his garden and sits by the ocean with his dog. He also bikes the Maine coast and collects woodworking tools, a newfound interest we hope won’t negatively impact the total number of his fingers.
