Mike Budreski has over 16 years of experience in IT consulting, with a diverse background that includes project
management, account management, strategic consulting, business development, operations management, recruiting, and P&L management.
At pod, Mike is responsible for building the project management practice, and for managing pod's strategic accounts.

Mike joined pod from Medullan where he was responsible for managing existing client relationships and the associated consulting and application
development project teams. Mike worked directly with Medullan's clients to serve their strategic planning and IT consulting needs,
with a focus on primary care and health and wellness.
Prior to working at Medullan, Mike held an operations management position for @stake, Inc. (subsequently acquired by Symantec).
Mike also spent two years at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts driving the implementation of an IT Project Management Office
and five years at Sapient Corporation where he played a number of leadership roles on internal and client-facing teams
including Recruiting, Delivery Excellence, and Project Management. There, he managed large complex software projects for
leading clients in the Energy Services, Education, and Financial Services business units.
Mike holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University.
Nick Caramello is principal and co-founder of pod. He is a seasoned
technology executive with extensive experience in defining, planning, building and
managing custom software applications for a variety of clients, from startups to
the Fortune 500.
As co-founder of pod, Nick has overall responsibility for pod's startup strategy,
which involves helping pre-angel startups achieve technical and operational advantage
through leveraging pod's business and technical experience.

Prior to founding pod, Nick worked at Sapient Corporation as a senior technical
architect. At Sapient, Nick:
- Started and led the Rapid Enterprise Architecture Planning (REAP) practice. A primary
focus of this practice was working with clients whose infrastructure had grown rapidly
due to organic growth or acquisition and helping them rationalize their architectural
legacy while preparing for future growth
- Led the highly successful Microsoft Framework team, which supported the successful
delivery of over $100M in revenue for Sapient's consulting practice.
- Acted as Technical Liaison to Microsoft Corporation as part of Sapient's Alliances
team
Nick has also served as Director of Architecture for Eze Castle Software with overall
responsibility for development of a real-time, multi-tier architecture to support
Eze Castle's trade order management platform, and as manager of IT infrastructure,
hardware purchasing, and office management for the North American operations of
the UK-based technology consulting firm Logica, Inc.
Christian Donner has extensive experience in IT consulting, both as a senior
engineer providing consulting services, and as a development manager who outsourced
development projects to consulting firms.
He is used to and comfortable with playing key architecture and leadership roles
in complex development projects ranging in size from one-person to fifteen-person
teams and up to several million dollars in volume. Being technology-agnostic, Christian
is a Sun Certified Enterprise Architect for Java but equally at home in the Microsoft
world.

Christian joined Pod from Aviva Life Insurance Company where he was Director of
Distributed Systems and managed Aviva's web, print, and middleware applications
and development initiatives. Prior to Aviva, he was a web application development
consultant and, among other notable accomplishments, led the technical design and
development for sites such as kofc.org (2005), standardandpoors.com (2001-2003),
and law.com (2000). In the 1990s, Christian developed client/server and business
intelligence applications for Sun Life Financial.
He publishes technical articles on the web, in print, and on his
blog, and regularly speaks at conferences about technical aspects of web
development. He holds a master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Technical
University in Vienna/Austria.
Sarah Morton has over 12 years of user-centered design experience and a background in information architecture and interactive strategy.
Prior to becoming a partner at pod, Sarah founded and ran Black Pepper, Inc., a user experience design studio dedicated to designing beautiful and
useful user interfaces by providing interaction design, user research, usability testing, and graphic design services to clients in higher
education, financial services, and health care in the greater Boston area. After three years of sharing clients with pod consulting, Sarah and
her talented designers officially joined the team in 2012.

Previously, Sarah worked at interactive agencies in Boston and Denver including SpireMedia, BigBad, Arnold Worldwide, and Sapient.
Beginning her career at Sapient, Sarah completed end-to-end redesign projects for CapitalOne, Staples, Fila, and the Boston Symphony Orchestra.
Sarah was also heavily involved in the process definition project at Sapient where she authored two chapters of Sapient's discovery and design
documentation. And Sarah has guest lectured on information architecture and Web site production at the Rhode Island School of Design.
Sarah has a BA/MA in psychology from Boston University and is currently enrolled in the ALM in English Literature program at the Harvard University Extension School.
Jeffrey Licht is an accomplished software developer and technology architect with 12 years of experience of delivering high-volume
consumer websites and systems integration projects.
Jeffrey has delivered projects in the United States and Europe, and worked extensively with globally distributed development teams.

Prior to joining pod, Jeffrey worked at Sapient Corporation as a technical architect. At Sapient, Jeffrey:
- Led a redesign and rebuild for two of the top UK newspaper websites.
- Developed tools and practices to support Sapient's agile globally distributed delivery model.
- Led the redesign and rebuild of an ecommerce web application for a Fortune 500 office supplies retailer.
- Launched a pan-European online travel portal.
Jeffrey's areas of expertise include Java and .NET web development, technology package selection, and development methodologies.
Zeth Weissman became a partner at pod in 2011 after proving his skills as a senior developer with extensive
experience in database driven, dynamic web sites and applications. Zeth currently manages the technical architecture
and software development for pod's largest healthcare client. He is rapidly becoming our in-house expert on HIPAA security
and other government mandated personal health information management rules and regulations.

Combining his eye for user interface design, his attention to detail, and his technical consulting skills, Zeth has been
instrumental in the launch of successful websites and applications for Boston-area businesses such as Bain Capital,
Towers Perrin, and Navitar where he:
- Developed enterprise applications for the management of major financial transactions and human resources systems
- Combined custom-developed human resource applications with third-party vendor tools for a seamless, integrated user experience
- Created an Optical Wizard application to give customers the ability to design and configure custom optical vision systems
Zeth began his career at Sapient Corporation working in the energy industy for a natural gas producer and then transitioned over to retail,
developing the software that powers Staples.com and Quill.com (a subsidiary of Staples). After leaving Sapient, Staples contracted Zeth to
take advantage of his deep knowledge with their online technology and business rules. He worked with the Staples team to tune the performance of
their site, develop a customize pricing model at the customer level, refine new business rules and logic, produce custom reports on site data and sales,
and create a survey tool to obtain live marketing information from Staples' customers.
In his spare time, Zeth owns and supports a Philadelphia based pet sitting company with his veterinarian partner. To assist in this endeavor, he developed
an online scheduling application that has been the core of the business operations. In its eight years in business, the company has achieved several accolades
including being a two-time winner of the prestigious Best of Philly, three write ups in the Philadelphia Business Journal, and numerous customer services awards.
The company services over 1,000 clients with 30+ employees, doing 100+ services a day.
Zeth is a graduate of Drexel University, earning his BS in Computer Science in 1998.
David Wong is principal and co-founder of pod. He is a seasoned
technology architect with 9 years of experience of delivering mission-critical projects
for Fortune 100 clients in the financial services, consumer and packaged goods and
energy verticals.
As co-founder of pod, Dave has overall responsibility for pod's web application
development practice, which focuses on custom web application web development and
high-touch interactive web sites built using pod's content management system
pod | content.

effective delivery methodology as part of the Sapient | Approach team
Dave's areas of technical expertise include Java, .NET and PHP web development,
Java and .NET middleware, and Oracle, SQL sever and MySQL database technologies
